Papu Restaurant is well known for its excellent Polish cuisine using the finest local produce. This is the place where family recipes meet modern culinary techniques. Chef, Bartosz Kędra created a menu, simple and elegant whilst at the same time evoking the traditional flavors present in Polish homes. On the menu you can find hand-made pheasant ravioli, stuffed cabbage with lamb, venison, duck roasted daily and Wielkopolska goose.
The selection of wines, spirits and liqueurs is overseen by Polish Champion Sommelier - Andrew Strzelczyk.
